New range of Godex Number Plate Printers
The latest range of Godex printers suitable for printing UK number plates are now available from stock in the UK.
These high-performance printers offer a cost effective solution for printing number plates that will ensure the printed image complies with the latest BSAU145d standards for legibility without fading. There are Two Options Available:
G500 Carplate Printer
This is a very cost-effective solution for printing single number plates inserted from the rear of the printer. The plates are pulled into the printer to find the exact position for printing. This allows for excellent plate registration every time.

Max number plate width: 118mm
Print resolution: 203dpi
Max ribbon length: 300m
Standard interface: USB, serial and Ethernet
A standard version of the G500 printer is available for printing rolls of number plate material including an external unwind roll stand and rewinding system. A cutter option is also available if required.
HD830i-CS Oversize Plate Printer
The new Godex 8inch printer has been re-engineered allowing for single sheet printing of number plate material. The plates are loaded from the rear of the printer for printing. This high-performance printer is manufactured with a robust metal casing and a solid print mechanism and features a intuitive touch screen display. This printer can also run in standalone mode without any need to be connected to a PC. Once a number plate format has been entered into the printer memory, the variable information can be added via a standard plug in USB keyboard or scanned via a plug in USB scanner from a job sheet.
